Having growth mind set is essential for progress in any field of life. Amal taught me some totkey to set a Growth mind set and I couldn’t agree more with them. Here is a brief reflection of Amal totkey :

1. Self Talk

Talking to yourself can help you know the state of your mind. As its rightly been said “Your thoughts determine your actions and your actions determine your results’’. So your positive self reflection can help you setting higher goals and keep you motivated to achieve them. If you have no one by your side you at least have “YOU” to encourage, appreciate and motivate yourself. All you need to remember is that “I can, I will….!!

2. Get Out Of Comfort Zone

Stick with things to which we are accustomed is natural but if we spend more time in this zone, the more difficult it will be to free from that space. Moving out from your zone makes you strong, builds confidence , makes you more creative and more adoptable to change. If you never moved out of this space, you would never know what great things you could have done. If you want to mark your name, give yourself a challenge to chase because you never know what is waiting for you on the other end.

3. Create New Habits

Life is name of “Change”, build new habits in you to keep going with this change. As habits accounts for 40% of your behavior, so if you want a righteous behavior, give yourself a gift of a righteous habit. Habit is what keeps you going, so create new habits to enjoy adventurous life. Build the habit of dreaming and then build a habit of making your dreams fulfilled.

4. Ask For Help

Asking for help makes you surrounded with people who make us feel good and help you in further development. They give us hope to that enable us to operate in challenging situations. Ask them for a productive feedback that will help you in your growth. It doesn’t mean that you are inadequate, it simply means that you need help for something for specific time. Most of us limit our professional growth by not embracing what we have yet to learn. Learning is part of success and accept it as a reward.

5. Fake It Till You Make It

When you identify something that is holding you back, is when faking really works. If you behave like a person that you want to be, it will change the way you think or feel. Its about changing your behavior and having the trust that your feeling will follow suite. It shows your believe on yourself and your instincts.

Hope this reflection is well depicted and writing this reflection will surely move me to use these too.
